secure booting error 1003 stuck on the lg on screen cant do anything

I have an issue where apps or websites generate the pop-up messages:
"www. site.com" wants to use your device's location. Allow Block"
or
the prompt whether to allow notifications or not

Problem is I cannot select either option. I tap, hold, double-tap, -all manner of trying to select one or the other, but it's like the Allow Block links/buttons are just text and have no function at all. In order to clear it, I hit the back button on my phone.

I have cleared the phone temp data, cache, and did a force stop on the browser. Did not help.
Android and all apps are at most recent updates.

Android version: 8.1.0
using Chrome browser

To do these types of boots takes a certain combination of button presses, etc

Can these resulting menus be lost with a bad flash?? I assume so, or it should be impossible to hard brick a device.

Where are these "maintenance modes" stored; what partition??

my tablet touch keypad behaves irregularly. i press backspace, it chooses the ''P''. It responds, then it doesnt, or is delayed response. Certain buttons work in horizontal , others best in vertical. or none at all. i push one letter, it chooses one relativly close by, ect. unpredictable. the last peculiar thing i did before all this, is messing with the auto-rotate options, or vertical, then as if overnight it becomes a piece of shyt. ring anything familiar bells people. thanks. any clues?

My Google Assistant keeps telling to complete requests it need access to Web apps and data activated, except they are activated. I have turned them on and off several times and still the app does not have access. Has anyone experienced this issue and have any suggestions?

Recently after updating my oppo find x's system to Colour OS6, the battery depletes very fast and even though I am using the original charger, the charging symbol turns yellow BUT it is not charging fast. I tried, it only charged 10% after half an hour.

Hi there! I have a question... I've been seeing this guy for awhile, and this popped up in a youtube video he made. I screenshot it and sent it to him asking him to explain and his excuse was "those are old", saying he never closes his tabs. The first two tabs are obvious dating sites. I have a very hard time believing that. Wouldn't those tabs be listed in sequential order? The page right above the dating sites was the page he last referenced. Also, anytime your phone restarted, wouldn't you lose those tabs? I need an honest opinion.

I have tried several times to verify the RCS app, Everytime it starts I get a verification code from Google, but no place to enter and the process seems to just timeout. Anyone see this and know of a solution?

1. If I get a pixel 4, then I won't have unlimited upload in original quality, but it seems like pixel 4 takes 12mp shots and high quality is max 16mp, so I don't understand why the internet is saying this it is a huge problem that Google removed unlimited original quality upload that has been with the former Pixels - can anyone explain this to me? To me it seems like all my photos from my Pixel 4 will be able to upload in the same quality as original, just through the high quality setting...

2. I just uploaded some videos in 720p with high quality settings, so they are supposed to look identical or almost. Now when I go and check them out, I can only select 360p. Is this because it takes time for Google to finish the processing?

Im a bit tech savy but not great and sorry if this has already been asked. I have a Pumpkin (see below) I have the aux lead that goes in the back, I understand Ipods have an issue connecting to Android 8.0 or newer, I just wondered if anyone has come up with an app that works with it or anyway it can work? Or if Ipod doesent work anymore is there a way of connecting an old Android phone through Aux so I can just keep all my music inside it in the glovebox. I know you can connect via bluetooth and I also know I can run spotify through the unit, just would really like all my music just sat in the car without having to rely on data or the internet for music to run.

Also is it easy to upgrade to Android 9.0?

I currently use it to connect and disconnect from my home stereo. A common use is that my car is close enough to my speaker that I often tap to disconnect my stereo in order to allow the car to auto-connect. Particularly useful to prevent my phone from auto-re-connecting to my stereo as I drive by the house.

For the past month the Google Chrome in my device keeps popping up with some odd (not porn) websites. It does so every couple of hours and each time it pops up, it opens an additional tab with such a website. I have turned off the permission to pop up and all, but it still does it. Any idea how to locate the "trouble maker" and terminate this issue?

Sprint is CDMA and T-Mobile is GSM so if Im a Sprint customer what type of phone should I buy? Lets say I went all out and bought a $1200 Note 10 with Sprint CDMA would it still be totally compatible with the new network 4g. After two or three years then what? Phone was working fine. After charging the batt, the phone was hanging. Did a restart and the phone didn't turn on.
Now only the back and recent buttons are lighted up. Unable to do a restart or reset.

I have an Odin rooted S7 and obviously most banking etc apps don't work on it.

The Magisk route offers the ability to hide the root from specified apps. I tried to install Magisk. It is a 2 part thing. The 2nd part installs but the 1st part says something about boot sector is incompatible and would not do it.

I have been using a galaxy A5 for 3 years. My android version now is 8.0 Oreo. It looks a bit outdated right now. Just wanna update my phone to the next version to have much more new experience but dunno whether my phone is suitable for getting this or not ???

The S10 range can do it from the main camera but not from the wide angle one, for example.

I am looking for a significant upgrade from my S7, whose 12MP RAW images are actually very good.

I also need the camera app to come up in a mode where all pics are RAW, with no extra selection.

On the Samsungs again, the quick launch mode cannot start the camera in the required Pro mode.

This is possible on my S7. You set up the required config and there is a menu option to create a shortcut.

Basically I need to shoot RAW every time I start the camera, without selecting Pro mode manually.

1. How do I mirror my Note 10, to display on my Laptop screen.
2. How do I draw on my Note 10 and have it display on my Laptop in real time (using Dex or anything else).
