Help Stuck at boot loader, can't control anything.

One of my phone (Lenovo A6010) has had no physical volume control since like an year, because somehow the whole region was broken and literally ripped off, till now I used alternatives to control the volume like going into settings and stuff.

I never had any problem with restarting my device ever. But this morning when I decided to restart, it powered off and then when powered on took me into a screen which I believe is the bootloader which had "Download, Recovery, Fastboot & Power Off"

Followed by some text:
PCBA Test: Fail
Sensor Test: Fail
MMI Runin Test: Fail
MMI test: Fail

I believe that this is because of the broken volume keys and maybe for a reason the VolUp button is always toggled (in my device it's VolUp + Home button to launch the boot loader). So, tired of it I decided to factory reset by going into Recovery mode but it never loads, it just gets stuck at android logo screen forever. Same with the Fastboot mode option and Download mode doesn't even show anything just a blank screen.

Please help me get through this screen, or at least show me a way to extract documents from the internal storage, they are pretty important and stupidly not backed up.

Edit: I think its Factory Kit Test not bootloader
Edit2: So I just took the PCBA test which also gave an option to test the buttons, so as I mentioned before it maybe because of VolUp button toggled forever, it's not I just poked the volume button area to test it and it passed I can control the volume through the area without even the buttons. So it's not accidentally going into boot loader/Factory Kit Test.

Root Yureka 2 :NO OS installed .Do you want to reboot ? Clicked reboot.Mobile hangs

Hi,

I tried to install Lineage OS 15.1 custom ROM using TWRP recovery in my Yureka 2 YU5551. I wiped out the data before flashing. During flashing I faced Error 7 and unable to install custom ROM.Twrp asked this- NO OS installed. Do you want to reboot? I Clicked reboot and my mobile not even booted properly. Still hangs. I tried to open recovery mode using the power button and volume up and volume down button. I am unable to go to recovery mode. When I connect my mobile to my laptop its not recognizing as the phone is not restarting.
I really don't know whether my phone is soft bricked or hard bricked. My phone is rooted.

Can someone plz help me how to install an OS and start my phone. Thanks in advance.

Clearing the phones cache

For the less experienced users, when your phone starts acting funny, there are two basic things to try.
1. Shut your phone off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on. Sometimes that's all you need.
2. Next is to clear your phones cache. With the LG V40 ThinQ, there are two ways. I think each way does different things, and I'm not sure the second way works. Either way won't damage your phone.
Way 1 is with the settings.
1.Go Settings
2. General
3. Storage
4. Internal storage - Wait for menu options to finish calculating -
5. Tap Free up space
6. Tap Temporary files & raw files.
7. Select the following options: Cached data. Clip tray temporary files.
8.Tap Delete

An easier way is to shut off your phone, but I'm not positive this works. If someone else would try it a tell me what they get. I'll explain:
When phone is off, press the power and lower volume buttons at the same time and keep them pressed until you get the "System Recovery" menu. You'll know. Then select "Wipe Cache" and tap the power button. I'm getting a green icon (looks like the Android Man icon lying down with his door open and "error" underneath.
I'm not sure what that means. Probably it didn't work but I don't know why. Thanks in advance,

I deleted them both but .dat file keeps appearing.. I tried to google it but can't find any info about it.. now i kept that file for 2 days and when i check that file info it says its been edited about 5am when i was asleep, and also yesterday that file was 180kb now 223kb. Problem Texting Pictures.

On the device every picture is texted as a link.

The default texting app is Mood. That texts pictures as a google links.

I lso tested the messages app and that sends pictures as samsung links.

What i want to do is turn off the links and have the pictures directly send to to others without being a link.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Emails on Tablet

I wish to add my main email to theTablet, I get them on a pc and a laptop and all is backed up. If I add it to the tablet, is it possible to set up so it deletes emails more than say 3 months old, so it that storage is maximised on tablet but the emails remain on pc and laptop? Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks, Rex

Recent problem being able to Wipe the Cache Partition

So, apparently since all the recent updates, when I tried to go to Safe Mode to Wipe the Cache Partition, it took me to Safe Mode, but did not show the usual blue screen. It showed the Home Screen and indicated Safe Mode in the lower left. The problem is, with this new Safe Mode screen, I do not know how to wipe the cache partition, then go to Reboot as I used to be able to do.

Has anyone noticed this, and the change I’ve outlined above? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Help How to free up internal memory on Galaxy J5

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 with 16GB internal memory and 32GB SD card.
I moved as many apps as I could to the external memory.
However, mt internal memory is always used up to at least 15GB, and as soon as it reaches 15.5GB (which is every few days) it starts warning me of dangerously low space.
Even if I move all pics, videos, etc to external it still does not free up more than 0.5GB.
What do I need to do to get the maximum free space on internal memory?
