Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

OK I can understand the different region warehouse excuses for day or two later order dates getting theirs a day or two ahead of me but you're right

Has anyone ordered the HTC Incredible through HTC's website? Verizon's website is showing if you purchase the phone today it would ship by July 26, 2010, a little over a month away. I went to HTC US website and and spoke to a represetative. The rep told me that if I ordered the HTC Incredible today I would have it by July 5, 2010. The rep told me that they would be recieving a new shipment on July 2, 2010. It sounds to good to be true. Why the big disparity in shipping dates between Verizon and HTC?
 
Ordering from Verizon is the very slowest way to get a Droid Incredible. Every other way is faster. Best Buy, Amazon, HTC, etc...

For your sake I hope so as well. However, you've been here for awhile and know it's probably wishful thinking. More than likely it will be shipped out Tuesday. I'm hoping mine goes out by tomorrow, my ship date was last Friday.

Same here! Not sure how overnight shipping requires 2 days. I'm hoping it's just a CYA statement since today is Sunday. :confused:
 
Finally got my shipping notice.

Ordered online from verizonwireless.com on 6/4
Ship by date: 6/25
Received shipping notification: 6/27
Delivery: 6/29 by 3 pm. (overnight shipping)

I'm in Pittsburgh PA and it's shipping from TN.

Now I have to figure out how to reject the order cause I'll be at work when it arrives. Found one at Best Buy last Friday...

It won't actually ship 'till Monday. E-mails are probably sent when a label is generated.

6/8 here. Hoping it ships this week so hubby can have it to play when when he get's back from a week of work in Iowa. Doubt it will happen....

Perry. He works for a high voltage electrical transmission company in the substations so he will be all over. Last time he went, in May I think, it rained the whole week and they didn't get a damn thing done. He's hoping for good weather so they can get some OT in this time!

Been a voyeur on the forum for weeks. Just thought I'd post to let people know another 6/4 is on the truck.

So much for "overnight shipping", but at this point, who cares. I just want my phone. See you in the other posts.
