"Missing Droid X Real-World Give-Away" Contest (1st Post:Updated)

I think he's going to the Dallas County DMV (500 Elm Street, Dallas, TX‎ -- Google Map it). It's literally right next to the grassy knoll and it fits with "Start your engines".

I'm actually fairly close by too but I'm at work arrrgh
 
ive knocked out a couple of spots in niagara falls.....gonna keep going just checking to see what every has been saying...will post if anything comes up

I don't think it should be embarrassing to him if he's wrong... He's acting on his instinct and going for it, which is more than a lot of people (who are just sitting around and waiting for somebody else to find it) can say! :p

How does that fit with start your engines? That is a racing term.

What wifi?

We could set up a large-scale conference call setup for helping coordinate these excursions... That way you guys wouldn't have to be trying to read the forums/looking up info on your phones while driving/hunting. We could be the voice in your ear (scary thought). Can set something up if people on the ground would actually find it useful.

It's a stretch, but racing > cars > license > get your license. It is literally across the street from the grassy knoll, also.

I'm wondering if it may have to do with train engines?

And the DMV is like across the street from the Sixth Floor Museum which used to be the book depository where Oswald shot JFK from. Now I am more convinced <_<

If you have a Google account you can follow people via Latitude through Google Maps mobile app (which I'm running on a WinMo phone) or with a Latitude gadget on iGoogle.

I went to the Grassy Knoll, 6th Floor Museum and snooped around the train tracks, and found nothing. Plenty of people have been looking though, and unfortunately, I think I missed the guy that had the Droid X. Saw him walking with what looked like one, but I lost him trying to catch up D:

Talked to the guys doing the conspiracy booth, they said no one had found anything, talk to a couple of people and said no one had seen anything or left anything behind. The cashier even looked around at the 6th floor museum. But I'm not dropping 13.50 so I can snoop.
