Unless Morbid is John Forbes Nash Jr. and sees patterns in things the rest of us don't see, I think he's going to be disappointed.

morbid_realities is headed there right now. You 2 should meet up and tag team it! Although, I'm sure he'll want to check out the spot that he thinks it's at by himself first!

Don't feel to bad, I looked in trashcans and under bus stop benches as well. Hell, I woke a bum up who looked just a tad to well dressed to be "sleeping" in the middle of the side walk. Turns out he was a bum and really really really freaking drunk lol!

On a side note I must really want this thing as I had a dream about finding it.. Odd as it sounds, in the dream I found it by doing something I hadn't actually thought of so I'm trying to convince the wife to go on another 2+ hour trip to look for it again! :D

Oh, and regarding #15, there is a company in Denver called "Silver Droid." Address appears to be in a residential area, so must be a start-up.
 
I80 actually goes just south of Cleveland, through a couple suburbs.

I work downtown and my friend and I have been all over the HoF as well as checked out a few other interesting sites (check out the Cleveland Mall from above, we thought for sure that was it...).

I have a feeling the "rocks" clue was just to indicate Cleveland, and we'll need a more accurate clue before we can find it. Or at least a solid indication of what we're looking for.

I think the "rocks" part was just a clue to let us know it's in Cleveland. Not so sure it has any relevance anymore...
 
Interstate 80 makes me think back to an old theory that it's at the base of a Droid X billboard somewhere...

It sounds like a possiblity, especially when part of the clue says Drivers are advised to stay alert.

But, someone said they stopped and looked at some Droid billboards before and saw nothing. You just never know until morbid_realities reports back in a few minutes.

True, but these were "Droid" billboards that they saw, not Droid X ;)

I like the motorcade idea, I bet that's where he's headed too.

There is not one piece of advertising for Verizon or the Droid on Lombard Street or any of the ajacent streets I was on tho..

There were plenty of advertisements for sprint and the Evo tho, including one huge billboard, several large signs attached to buildings a few on the side of bus stop shelters as well as a few on buses themselves.. So either it's not on Lombard at all or it has nothing to do with a Verizon sign.. Take your pick lol.. Even the Verizon Store on Lombard is about as low key as you can possibly get..

I'm probably the only person here rooting against him ;) I want to find it! I had really hoped it was near the Texas Motor Speedway, because Ft. Worth is my part of town, not Dallas.

But if he does get it, mass kudos to him.
