PDF Reader on Dell Streak

I have tried a few PDF readers like BeamReader, VuDroid and RepligoReader, but the effects are not that great. BeamReader is the fastest but its rendering of complex PDFs is poor. Repligo is the most faithful reproducer of complex PDFs but isn't fast enough.

Is it a problem related to Android 1.6? Will all these PDF applications run faster once the upgrade is made to 2.1/2.2?

I used RepliGo Reader on a HTC Tattoo (500MHz, Android 1.6).
On my HTC Desire (1GHz, Android 2.1) RepliGo Reader is 3 to 5 times faster. From page to page there is no delay anymore :)

But the Desire has 2x more RAM as the Tattoo.

You have to try when you have 2.1 :)

Have you tried the Adobe reader for android? Unfortunately for me, it only works on 2.1 and above.

No, Adobe wasn't in market when I used the Tattoo.

My streak came with the full version of quick office, which has adobe pdf reader built in. Didn't yours?

Quick Office and Documents to Go are both very slow in rendering complex PDFs, i.e. PDFs with lots of images, scans etc.
