Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

no email yet even tho they confirmed my address and said i would get one when i called last week but i just called 611 and got the activation message my order date was6/12 so hopefully it ship my ship date is suppose to be 7/9
 
Thanks so much. With my blackberry I sync to outlook. But after I ordered my dinc I went ahead and synced my outlook to my gmail in anticipation. Looks like I could do it either way now. Thank you so much for the response. I ordered 6/19 and i can barely stand it now!!
 
NICE on the free part. If I was them I'd send you a refurbed one just to be a prick. That is why I don't work in retail
and just to add to the thread.....I ordered a week before launch and recieved a day before launch :D
 
I saw 2-3 6/15's go out? I am 6/15 as well, just tried *611 and nothing....lame.

A note of hope for anyone who ordered in stores. When they sent me my first Dinc I had ordered in store and never received an email notice. I kept checking and before I ever got an email, there it was at the door.

Needless to say I am now checking *611 every 20 min. since it seems there is hope for 6/15's to get there's soon.

My receipt says "overnight" shipping, does that mean if the phone goes out tomorrow I could get it Saturday? I knew there was some confusion as to whether or not Saturday's were included.

On the FedEx truck and arrives to me 7/9

Now to port my ConsumerCellular (AT&T) number over. Should I have them port it before activation or after?
 
So I'm confused, if you call *611 and hear something other than main menu that means your phone shipped?

I'm a 6/18 order and I know it's a little early to call but its comforting to try :)

Here is a quote from an earlier post that explains it well.

Using *611 doesn't require you to select any option...right after the voice gives you the option to listen to Spanish it will immediately tell you that you have a new device pending activation and that is it. If you call back after that you will not hear it again.
 
My incredible to be delivered tomorrow 7/9.

Ordered 6/10.

Can't wait to get it, using HTC Eris past six months, what an extreme POS since the upgrade to 2.1. Barely usable as a phone. Will use it as a extra battery charger.

I never received an email either. When I called and 611 and received the activation message I went ahead and jumped through the loops to talk to a rep.. got my tracking number. It was fun to follow.

I had my AT&T number ported during activation. I ordered online and input all the information for the account to port, and when the phone arrived I followed the activation prompts and the phone activated on the number ported from AT&T. If you ordered in-store, I am not sure what the process would be.
