Got my shipment notification this afternoon! It left Memphis at 11:19pm... they sent it 2-day, but my city is in the 1-day portion of the Ground transit map. Really hoping it comes tomorrow and not Monday! Ah, the torture.



Same here only mine left West Chester,PA going to CT. I'm praying that it will come tomorrow, I'll pray for you too haha.
EDIT: Also does anyone know if its at the FedEx depot but for some reason not shipping that day can you go there and pick it up?
The verizon person ordered it, it wasn't on my account, I didn't get a paper reciept and its not on my account reciepts online. I think pretty much that the store ordered it, they're going to get it, then ship it to my house or something, I don't know. I'm kind of pissed.![]()
Well Called 611 today and got my tracking number because they never emailed me like they promised, ordered 6/12 in store shipped 7/8 (one day early) and is sitting in memphis will be delivered monday 7/12

So even though they didn't give me a paper receipt, an online receipt, or a tracking number, I was still able to find out. Which is a massive relief, cuz its hard living without a cellphone.
You need the receipt for the rebate.
When it comes down to it I'll ask for the reciept when I get the phone. If I can't get it then I guess a lawsuit comes into play? Idk. But I do think this whole thing is ridiculous.for what it's worth, I sent an email Monday asking politely if I might get any info just to reassure me that everything is on track
they replied Wednesday with a form-ish sort of email, and I replied with a polite Thank You. Less than 24 hours later it's in FedEx's hands.

If you get a paper receipt it should be in the "view equipment purchases" or something like that on the page, I can't remember how to get there right now, ha. But when I clicked the upgrade available thing it wouldn't say that either, it told me to pick a phone like it usually does.

Truly wishful thinking, but if yours arrives early then so should mine!!! What's the email you sent it to? I ordered 6/26 and would like to confirm everything as well, maybe i'll get it early?

Woot, I am glad everything worked out with your order!! Please tell me they gave you a tracking number? LOL.
I just checked and I don't see anything about equipment purchases on the website but maybe I am overlooking it. There is a thing to "check the status of an order" but it states that it's for online orders only and if you ordered over the phone on in store to call the customer service line.
Oh well. Just glad to hear they didn't mess up your order![]()
