Which city? Salt Lake, Detroit or Cleveland? Cleveland already has designate #12 so one of the other two, I think. From Wiki:

The modern electric traffic light is an American invention.[3] As early as 1912 in Salt Lake City, Utah, policeman Lester Wire invented the first red-green electric traffic lights. On 5 August 1914, the American Traffic Signal Company installed a traffic signal system on the corner of East 105th Street and Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.[4][5] It had two colors, red and green, and a buzzer, based on the design of James Hoge, to provide a warning for color changes. The design by James Hoge[6] allowed police and fire stations to control the signals in case of emergency. The first four-way, three-color traffic light was created by police officer William Potts in Detroit, Michigan in 1920.[7]
I thought the same... what is up

If anyone is wondering why they have messed up days being posted...

Here's my theory...

There were like NO clues yesterday and a shit-ton today with messed up dates...

Today they are posting yesterday AND today's clues!!

That's what I'm thinking, so the Philly one is today!

It said the first modern traffic light. Not the first ever traffic light, or the first traffic light system.

There's a dock very near Griffin's wharf in Boston, commonly thought of as the site of the Tea Party. The dock is at the end of a park, a wide open space that would give them plenty of control and allow them to manage the crowd. Thoughts?

I can't get there, but #19 should be in or around the Franklin Institute. I thought #19 was going to be tomorrow. Bummer, working today off tomorrow.

Make sure you add the N and W (for the NY one). I entered it without those and got somewhere in Russia I think.

Here are the coordinates for the bridge. Not to cause any confusion, just a theory, looking at how they handled the first one.

Um in google street view, there is a round golden thing across the street from the franklin memorial... is that a fancy looking clock? I can't tell.
