You'll be redirected to the EVO-optimized site where you'll see a limited offer to get Let's Golf at no cost if you download the company's HD games bookmark, which can be uninstalled with no consequence after you get the game. As with all of Gameloft's HD games, Let's Golf usually costs a penny shy of $5. The game can't be transferred to another device or reinstalled (even if it's backed up), so don't uninstall it or do a hard reset unless you want to contact Gameloft to see if you can get it again.
It isn't clear how much longer the free game will be available, so get it now!

To download go to the gameloft.com site on your evo using you default browser.
select get it now next to golf game.
find gamelofthdgames apk (100% hd game ) located in the download folder and install
After installation open up the 100% free link to download the golf game. After you download the game then if you are like me uninstall the 100% hd game app....:tu:

how awsome i get a phone call it interupts my download says it cant be restarted nor can i redownload thats friggin gay!
 
Are you you using the download instructions and going to the download folder on your sd card to locate the 100% free hd apk?
 
I'm positive. I used the default browser too. When i downloaded the bookmark, it took me back to the website, then it said it was 4.99. Must be a glitch. **** it. I'll download it when its free later.
 
Can someone post the direct URL? I'm using Dolphin's browser & GameLoft's site isn't recognizing my phone as an Evo as a result. Invoking the stock Evo browser & tossing in Gameloft.com automatically invokes Dolphin.

Open dolphin browser, go to settings, and uncheck "set as default". You can recheck it after you're done.

Go into your browser settings and check off Mobile View. You also have to use the stock browser. After you download and install the first APK click on it and it reopens the browser and then you have to click on the Golf Game again. This time it let's you download the game
 
The 157mb goes to the SD Card

My big complaint: Since the game is stored on the SD card you cannot be charging your phone through the computer and play :( But not the end of the world.

Also, you can play when charging through USB.. just don't mount as a HDD.

Just downloaded the data now and playing it. NICE.
 
For my phone even when I select "Charge Only" it still unmounts the SD Card and anything that needs the SD card wont work. May just be my phone though.

Edit: nvm, seems to work fine.

edit: nevermind.....it downloaded the 100% HD games app. but nothing else wtf?

edit #2: got it. it was a browser issue.
