Help help,samsung galaxy doesen't ring right

n' t ring right
i buyed a samsung galaxy s a couple days ago
and had no peoblems woth it except today
noticed then when somebody calls me rhe
phone rings quietly at first and then rongs
normal, the sound gradualy increases from small
volume to gighter , how can i .make it ring loudly
from the start ?
 
I was able to understand your message. I too experience this and it's kind of weird because it rings extremely low for a second and then it's normal. I'd like to know how to fix this.
 
I'm thinking this is a feature. And a pretty smart one too. I usually have my phone next to my computer at the office, and the gradual increase means I usually pick up the phone before it rings loud. Same thing if you're doing something with the handset or you're waiting for a call.
 
Change the settings from increasing melody ( volume ) to just melody, it will give you the full volume on the very first second it rings!
 
I'd like to change my tone to increasing. Which menu option is this set in? I can only set a volume for my ringtone, not a type.
