Apps Unlocking Android: A Developer's Guide or Pro Android?

I was at Fry's Electronics and came across these 2 books.

Unlocking Android: A Developer's Guide

Pro Android

Would you guys/gals recommend any of those 2 books, or any other books for a beginner? Currently I don't have any fancy apps in mind, but I do have some engineering calculation apps that I want to make.

In other words, I don't want an advanced 3D gaming book, just a good book to get me started. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There is one, always just read the answer with the green tick hehe :P
"As for a book, try Android Application Development, published by O'Reilly."

Thanks, I've never been to stackoverflow.com so I didn't know how to read that place.

Just ordered the book from Amazon :)

I have both books and am not dissatisfied in the least. The second book has a little bit more detail but otherwise fairly similar. Another one to watch for is Professional Android Application Development. It's a Wrox book and, despite Wrox's slide in quality, is really quite complete.
