Notification bar toggles, please

This has to be possible, Samsung did it lol. I just want the toggles in my notification bar. Please do not suggest something like bar control, I want the real deal & will pay for it for sure.

Will have to be done with the NDK and possibly have to create an entirely new launcher. Not an easy task and expect to pay a lot. It's not something a simple app could do.

I'd say to try "smart bar" but I know what you mean about a "real" toggle. These 'invisible icons that still take up real estate' are complete BS! I hate that having 1 single new notification wipes out my entire notification bar with a '+' icon.

I want access in the dropdown without taking up bar space! Is that too much to ask?
