So when I go to the online order status site I am still getting the "site is experiencing tech difficulties". ng - did you enter the location code first letter as upper or lower case (neither worked for me).

I ordered my phone on the 14th...and sounds like I have no way of knowing when it ships:mad::confused::(

I had a 6 digit order number, numbers only. Also entered my last name, case sensitive? For location, I entered exactly: M596601

I ordered 8/16 and shipped today for me as well. Ordered on corporate account, so don't know if that changes anything, but it will be here tomorrow. My boss actually made the order, but I believe it was done by phone. Shipping from the PA warehouse to MA. Much better than the 8/31 I was quoted, so I'm happy. Expected to be in my hands by 3PM on the 24th.

Aye man don't feel bad, I've been checkin' mine more often than that and nothing yet. This s*it is crazy it's gettin' me to the point where it's starting to give me anxiety. I'm tryin' to be patient, but it's hard when you see every one else getting theirs and not knowing when you are gonna get yours and Verizon can't tell you anything except what we already know. It's crazy. I feel your pain. When did you order yours and where are you located at?

I hit mine right on the 10th day mark. A lot of people seem to be on the 10 day mark.

Is that the Verizon store your normally go to?

Look near the top of your receipt. Theres a set of numbers that will start with an upper class leather like W1234 then right next to it there should be something like #1234 and thats your order number.
