Grandfather

What constitutes the "Grandfather" clause? I have been with T-Mo since it was Powertel back in 2001 and through the Voicestream times as well, without a break in service.

Does that give me Grandfather rights to some things?

How can I use being a loyal customer for so long to my advantage?

grandfathered means that you still are paying what you paid originally for service even though that package/deal is no longer available.

if youre looking to lower the price of texting or data you can try calling in to their loyalty department and see if you can get anything.

deals involve who you get and what the system lets them change in your account.
