Super Mario?

Will it be possible to run super Mario 3 or an snes emulator at all would be killer. But from what I understand there is limited space internally and this may not be possible.

You can do both, but for Super Mario 3 you'd want an NES emulator, not SNES (unless you are playing Super Mario All-Stars).

Look for Nesoid and Snesoid in the marketplace (the regular versions cost money, but there are free "lite" versions).
 
yongzh is a great developer for emulators.
I've got his GasmeBoid (GBA Emulator) and it's pretty flawless with every game i've played so far.

the NES is 2.99
and SNES is 3.49.

Download the roms on your computer.

Unzip, then upload to your phone.


*You will need a .bin file to run the emulator.

I believe you can get it from filefront.

Space isn't an issue. The emulator and ROM's are tiny.

Even for big games only binaries (which are tiny) need to be in memory. The space hog resources for the app can be on the SD card.

Yeah, I wanted the internet on my phone but it doesn't fit lol why doesn't htc sort it out lol lol if only there was some way for me to find out information on the internet..perhaps google should stop doing phone operating systems and making searching easy lol

From what I understand (could be mistaken as I have a droid) but they have on screen buttons for phones with no keyboard.
 
Me personally i find playing all the marios easier on gameboid using the mario advanced 2,3,and four i can play mario world mario world 2 and mario brothers 3. The buttons seem easier to use for me. Plus it keeps all my games under one emulator

If you've got a Wii there's an app for Android that lets you use the Wii controllers.
 
Hey guys,

I know this is crazy, but it drives me nuts and I need to know... Hopefully someone here knows the answer even though this may not be the most appropriate forum to post my question.

Here it is. About 9 years ago, (I think in 2002), I worked in childrens clinic, and one day they bought a new game console for the waiting room. It was a brand new latest and greatest at the time. I think it might have been Super Mario, but I do not know. I do not know which game console that was either. The purpose of the game was to browse thru the castle, enter multiple rooms and find something (I do not remember the details now). The game set was a beautiful 3D graphics, not the 2D up/down stairs. There was no jumping or shooting, just browsing, looking around every corner, turning and moving things over to find something.

If any of you has a clue what I am talking about, please let me know.

I will look at both of them. At least now I know where to look. I know posting links to ROMS here is illegal, but again thanks both of you very much. I will look into both of them and report back.:)
