Advice prior to selling my Evo pls

I want to sell my Evo but want to make sure all of my personal info is off the phone. Is the best way to ensure all my info comes off is by doing a phone reset? Is there also a way to format the memory card?

How much can I get for the phone? I was thinking 350. That covers the cancellation fee from Sprint and gives me some money towards a new phone.

Thanks for any advice.

Yes, that should clear your personal information off the phone. Always good to look around and try a few things after doing so just to be sure.

Settings>SD & Phone Storage>Unmount SD Card>Format SD Card

I always look on Ebay and sort by ending soonest and see what the bid are averaging at the end of the auctions. A quick search right now and the top three I see are $305, $306, $342. So...

Oh and mods moved to the classifeds? How exactly is the OP asking questions about the phone a for sale ad...?

Even better is to look at completed auctions instead of auctions nearing end.. Looks like used ones are going for $330-380. I would put it up for Buy It Now at $375 instead of letting people bid low on it auction style.

This item has been pretty hot on craigslist in my area.
If youre careful and know what youre doing, try putting it up.

I buy and sell about 2-3 items a week for the last year on there, so just be careful. But it works.

Advice prior to selling your Evo...

Go into the bathroom, look in the mirror, and slap yourself as hard as you can. Then take the phone, put it in your pocket, and resume your normal daily activities.

Trade it for an Epic.

I played with an Epic yesterday. I used to be a hardware keyboard only person, but the Evo made me change that. I've always felt that a slider made for shoddy build quality, and let me say, I was right after playing with the Epic. Sure, the screen is nice, but I am not fond of the form factor, the buttons suck and the touch screen is about a 6/10 (iPhone being 9/10, Evo is about 8/10). Above all, build quality seems sub par, considering it is the most expensive device with Sprint. It is nice and fast though.
