Help How do you ge the fancy widgit on the droid 2?

Hi guys, i've been trying to find the fancy widget for my D2 forever now and i can't find it anywhere. i saw one post where someone had a screenshot of there D2 with it. the widget with the date and time big at the top. it has it on the htc evo home screen and i would very much like to have it on my phone.

Did you look at the app "beautiful widget"? I believe that is the one you are talking about. :)
 
HTC had it pulled off the market from what I have heard. I think it is still possible to get the apk online but I would ask someone who has actually done it.

Beautiful Widgets is a nice alternative. It's what I use.

I found it online, but it was very buggy. I went back to Beautiful Widgets.
Not as pretty, but more stable.

It's out there if you really want it. I cant remember where i found it.

Search is your friend....
 
Beautiful Widgets has many skins available for the clock/weather widget that they provide, which allows you to customize the look in many ways. In settings...
 
If it is there, you may be able to just extract the apk from the zip, put it on your SD card, and install it. That's assuming it's a stand-alone APK, no other resources required.
 
I was using fancy widget for a little while. It was draining my battery. Not a lot, but the tiny bit is way more than beautiful widgets does. Since I have BW I just uninstalled fancy widget.

I might still have it, and when I have time later I'll see and try and upload it for you.
 
Thanks guys, i got beautifull widget set up and like it alot more than the fancy one. but i really aperciate all of the replies. thanks to everyone that did answer.
