App to manage credit card spending

I used these on all my credit cards many, many years ago and I'm much better off for it. I now know what the balance is on all my cards. :)

Haha, I wouldn't even have one if I wasn't trying to build up my credit, but here I am :P Needs a better Application than a pair of scissors lol

You don't need credit. For me no credit cards mean I have cash laying around. My credit rating has gone down, but it doesn't effect me at all because I pay cash for stuff.

I don't know what kind of back alley mortgage brokers you go to.

I went to a legitimate local bank. You have to find a bank that does manual underwriting. There are basically two ways to do a mortgage. You can pull a FICO score and if it's over XYZ, you approve the person. Monkeys can do that kind of mortgage and we all know people who have been approved for way, way more than they could afford. I got approved for a loan that would've made my payment about 50-60% of my take home pay. Tell me how that makes any sense at all when you're forking over 60% of your take home pay to the bank.

Anyway, the other way is manual underwriting. The bank looks at your pay stubs, your existing debt, how long you've been at your job and whether you've paid your landlord early or on time. Then it decides how much of a payment you can actually afford and makes a loan based on that. It's more work for them, so a lot of banks don't want to do it.

As a business owner who hasn't stayed at any one job for very long, and has no pay stubs to speak of. I have amazing credit score, just trying to get it a little higher, to get the best rates.
