Power off app?

I did a search but came up empty. Is there an app for un-rooted phones that will allow you to turn the phone off without using the power button? I know i will have to use the button to turn it back on.

There are some apps out there capable of it, look on XDA and they usually require root. I have a reboot app myself, saves from abusing the power button.

I've yet to come across anything that will do this. I like the idea too.

EDIT: I did come across this, but it doesn't have a good rating and I saw one comment that indicated it's not a one-press-turn-off solution.

Would be nice. I would like to save my power button as much as possible..... Yet another reason I might need to root....
