Help Changing outgoing signature in Facebook on Streak?

So I have been using the Facebook app that's pre installed on the Streak. When I post a status update on Facebook, it says "Sent from my Dell Streak"

Is there some way to change or delete this?

Mine says via Android. I would like mine to say what you have. I wonder how and why its like that?
