this vid has been out for a long time (since the g1 has been out I think), and flash is still who knows how far away from reliece.

That video was released in November and still no official release date that I am aware of...my honest guess is that some changes need to be made before you either get flash or are forced to buy flash so it'll probably be after the cupcake update is released before we see it...
