Help Anyway to delete apps like Amazon, etc?

Is there anyway to delete apps I know I'll never use that came preinstalled? I'll never use the Amazon mp3 shop

simple guide... go to setting, applications, manage applications then delete your unwanted apps.

i think if you use the Bender file app and navigate to the file you might be able to delete it from there. I haven't tried it with pre-installed apps, but thats the way I uninstalled a file i couldn't remove otherwise.

This is like getting a AOL pre installed on your computer and not being able to remove it. There has to be a way!

i cant remember but for delete Amazon mp3 you need to delete a file named com.amazon.....apk in /data/app/

...which is impossible to navigate to on the phone (with ASTRO) because you don't have the proper privledges to mess with /data/app. Any other ideas?

Downgrade to RC29 this will give you root access and will allow you to delete the apps...
