Help Back Up

Hi, is there a backup facility included in the phones software. I want to back up the contacts and settings to the SD card. Can't see anything in the manual. Phil

After clicking on the Contacts icon and it loads, go to Menu and select 'Import/Export' and from the next window select 'Export to SD card'.
