PC TV to droid

Hey everybody, i was wondering if there is any way to broadcast TV from your PC to your phone, i do NOT want to use orb, their TV broadcasting rarely works for me

I was going to say orb, but other than that it depends on your setup and what kind of tv tuner you have.

i have a analog / digital tuner with the mepg2 encoder on the card, it displays the video sometimes but never the audio

Well it sounds to me like you have a problem then. My tuner works all the time, like it should. And you still never said what brand and model the tuner is.

Well without using Orb, you will have to turn your computer into a server that your phone can access. You will have to make a front end for the phone to access, and a back end that automatically encodes whatever channel to h264 at a specific resolution on the fly.
