Seems all we hear about is bad customer service from sprint. So I wanted to share my story. I went out drinking New years eve and got so drunk I guess at some point I slammed my phone in the car door. (I have an EVO) I did not recall doing it anyway I went to use my phone the next day and my screen was busted it looked like a baseball hit it and I could not see anything. So I called sprint they set up a service call for me and had me go to a repair center in town. I walked in to the service center thinking I was going to have to pay to get the phone fixed and was surprised to find out no in fact they said it was covered under the insurance I pay each month and fixed the phone for me in less then an hr.

This is why I'm a fan of sprint and will never leave them. I have had nothing but good service from them.

Thats Great service, cannot beat that! You also bring up a great point... Seems like people always come to boards like this to post the bad things and never the good. Now that I think about it, I can't think of a single time that I've had a bad experience with Sprint. :)
