Help E-mail closes as soon as it opens

Hey all -- My boss has a DroidPro. Turns out when opening her work e-mail, the application just closes. It's not a force close, but just closes. Very strange...any ideas so I can be a hero?

Any idea what they did to fix it? might help to post that info in here for future reference.

Actually...I cleared the cache...the next morning her mail populated and worked again...

There is no cache option for corp. email. Where do you clear this? I have the exact same issue.

Turns out that did not fix anything....IT guys set her up with touchdown

DROID Pro continues to close default email application. Looking for other steps after clearing the cache and battery pull.
