Help LG Vortex HELP!!!! PLEASE............

I have uninstalled my os on the lg vortex running on the verizon network. please tell me how to reinstall the os. I am so upset I have paid to much money for this phone and messed it up. please help me.

i messed up my boot.img along with the recovery and i was stuck in the fastboot screen for a long time until i manage to get it going.....so tell me what u see right now?

All I have is the LG logo. Is there a way to boot from the sd card? How did you recover yours?
