so you are upset: What is the 1 thing you want??

I just want my yearly upgrade back. That one stings. I'm going to have pay full price for the EVO 2, if I want to upgrade. As is, I am not reupping with Sprint for two more years just for a "new for you" upgrade that Silver premier status members will get after 4/1/11.

Oh absolutly I DO plan to switch, and ofcourse I seen the service sucked in the first 30 days. Sprint gave me a big run around with every call I made to them. They were fixing this and checking that and putting service tickets out to check towers. Between all the phone calls and updating my phone with different updates and crap and everything else the 30 days was gone fast. I realize my part in this mistake, I actually had faith in them that they would getthings fixed. Coming from AT&T with really good service (just crappy pricing) I thought the days of "no cell coverage" and dropped calls and all that was mainly a thing of the past. Boy was I wrong! I told a Sprint rep once. . . "AT&T and Verizon was arguing over the best 3G coverage and Sprint cant even get the BASIC CELL coverage".

Now for all you Sprint "cheerleaders" that read this. . . Dont flame me just cause I dont like Sprint. If you get good coverage in your area and are happy with what you recieve for service. . . . More power to ya. Im actually jealous that you get to pay less with Sprint and be happy, cause I plan on switching to Verizon soon and am gonna be paying like 30 bucks more a month for 2 phones. But if I gotta pay a few bucks more to get service that works, so be it. . . . .

Well the good news is, with ATT's Any mobile/Anytime... the prices are very competitive with Sprints Plan.

Example:
Individual
Sprint 450 min unlim Data\unlim texts\ unlim web = $70+$10
ATT 450 min 2GB Data\unlim texts\any mobile anytime =$40+$20+$25

Family
Sprint 1400 min unlim Data\texts\mobile to mobile = $130+$20(Smartphone fee)
ATT 700 min, 2GB\line, rollover, unlim text\mobile to mobile = $70+$50+$30

If you can live under the data, cap... I think its definately worth the extra $5 for a wider selection of phones and a much quicker network. You can probably sell your current phone to recover the costs of your ETF.

I use way too much 4G bandwidth to deal with Verizon or AT&T.

Once Netflix, and more multi-player games drop on Android, it's only going to get worse.

You are comparing apples to oranges, here. For example, I would have about 50 dollars in overages EACH month on ATT. $0 in overages on Sprint. 2GB/mo on a 4G smartphone is a joke.

I get speeds a little over 1 Mbps regularly on 3G when i have strong signal. Even in weak signal areas, I get speeds above what GSM users get on full EDGE, so I'm happy with the 3G speeds.

As for 4G, I average 5-8 Mbps down. Even when I have weak 4G signal, I don't ever drop below 3 Mbps. I'm happy with those speeds as well.

Did you just claim that AT&T offers Any Mobile, Anytime? Ha! That's Sprint's plan. AT&T only offers unlimited calling to other AT&T phones. And I would hate to have capped data on a phone pulling speeds rivaling cable Internet Wi-Fi.

ATT does any mobile/any time.

800KBps while paying $10/month for Premium data is a joke.

I never even come close to 2GB on my EVO. Thats with WiFi off.

well, 800k on 3G is an acceptable speed although, I totally understand your frustrations. I still cant seem to find anything cheaper than Sprint from the "big 4." and i certainly cant afford to pay att the overages they would be charging me.

I suppose cheaper is always better, but right now my issue isn't price.

Sprint needs an iPhone and vanilla android phone (Nexus). I'd also like to see the Palm/HP Pre3, and a honeycomb tablet. While 4G coverage is good in my area, having it expanded is always desirable.

De Nile is not just a river in egypt. Normally, I would just point out the link, but since you seem to be more interested in name calling than Facts... figure if out yourself.

Answer me this. If AT&T started offering Any Mobile, Anytime since the 10th, why isn't it listed in their plans?
