Unwanted Facebook contacts?

I have the Droid X and it synced all my facebook friends, which I don't want all. They are just friends on there for games and thats I need them for.

Anybody help me out?
Thanks

1. Settings -> Accounts & Sync
2. Facebook for HTC Sence -> Remove Account
3. Now return to home screen and load up the "phone" you should see it remove your facebook contacts (if not you may need to restart your phone)

If you want to use the facebook app on your phone then:
4. Return to Accounts & Sync
5. Add Account
6. Facebook for HTC
7. **IMPORTANT** once you have put in your account make sure you immediately go back one menu and remove the "sync contact" tick. Close down and return to your "phone" screen and they should all be gone

The droid x is not an HTC phone.

However the steps are similar. If you want to remove all facebook contacts but still use facebook, in the People app, hit menu-view and uncheck facebook. If you want to only remove a few people, just go into the people app and remove them individually.

Ok, so when I first went on my phone, I should add my facebook to the accounrs or not?
Where is the people app or is it the contact app??

Thanks for the help.

I'll try to redeem myself for not reading so thoroughly.
Open contacts, select menu button, select accounts, select facebook, then remove account.
You will lose your facebook but then re-add the account but turn off the sync and don't sync with contacts. Hope this helps and is clear enough.

Alternatively, you can also change the display options to show only contacts with phone numbers.

So I don't have it in my accounts now, just using the facebook widget and shortcut.
Do I need it in my accounts? If I put it in there, there is no sync button?
