Thanks guys, hope the phone arrives today. Spent a good 30 minutes last night with TMo CS trying to get web and walk plus put on to my contract. Via the web, the service wouldn't have been activated till new billing cycle, middle of next month. Luckily found that second CS rep i talked to got in on... fingers crossed...
