Using my phone to make it cooler.

It's currently 81.3 degrees F in my office. I can't find a good Air Conditioning app on the App Market.

Surely Google has gotten their act together by now and added some R134a to the built in scroll compressor and evaporator coils. I can't believe all these lazy developers out there not making apps to use it. I'd pay a solid $3 for an AC app right now.

I'm afraid the EPA has restricted the app from being sold in the United States. Apparently the Obama Administration has determined it's simply not "green" enough. I've heard there's an app you can get in China that might do the trick. Maybe a search will provide the necessary .apk and you can sideload it.

I've been disappointing with this as well.. But I did notice if you wave your phone in front of your face it will cause a small breeze of air to help cool you off a little bit (I personally would install a protective case before trying this.. lol)..
