Long time lurker on this thread, and I finally decided to sign up & post. First up, thank you so much to all the insiders like Jay that have been feeding us with details. I've got a WackBerry Curve (pls, don't make fun of me! lol) that I stare at with contempt every single day. I've been waiting for the TB since Thanksgiving. This NE2 upgrade is incinerating a hole in my pocket!!

This may not be the right thread to ask, but on the subject of TB vs. Bionic...I've heard people say Motoblur kinda sucks. Sense 2.0 looks pretty sick, but since I've never had a Droid phone, I really don't know the difference. Could anybody give me a pros & cons or comparison of the two? Thanks!

Sense and BLUR are essentially just cosmetic changes to the stock Android software that HTC and Moto put on their phone. Both essentially perform the same tasks (with Sense being able to do a little more than Moto, I believe...Friendstream, for instance) but just look different. I have owned both a HTC and a Moto device. HTC's Sense interface is beautiful and works wonderfully, while Moto's BLUR interface, to be honest, is kinda ugly and slows down the phone some (it did on my Droid X, at least).

I cannot bring myself to buy a Motorola anymore, I have had several in the past and the quality was disappointing. In the mean time I will continue to search for accessories and apps that I will load up on that 32G card. lol

Was just at my local mall and stopped in the Verizon store (glutton for punishment I guess). The 17 year old sales rep. guy approached me about bundling my cell with my home number. I said unless the next words out of your mouth involve taking my order for the t-bolt please go away. Don't really know where he got to after that. He also seemed on the verge of inviting me over to the i*hone display. Whew, close call for him - may have been an ugly speech that would've cost them some sales from nearby appleites!

Oh, did venture into the AT&T outlet afterward. Gotta say that the Inspire looked pretty. The big booming screen sure calls out to you! The display does look a pit pale compared to my Incredible...so not really sure if it's different on the bolt??? One thing for sure, I also checked out the Atrix and, once you play with htc sense on the 4.3" Inspire, it's like no thanks...dual core and laptop docking notwithstanding.

I know none of this is really additive, but it's just my way of saying...come on Verizon...add something!!

You are so right about that. I am sick of it as well. It's really sad that they would do this just forget web hits and notice. All these low level blog sites noone has heard of coming out the woodworks with this BS. We should give them what they want. Let's create a fourm for them and title it Lies Trash and Fabrication: Stay away from these sites looking to get hits off of spreading lies. Lmao

I bought an Inspire off contract and will return it when the T-bolt releases. The T-bolt has the exact same screen - and it is really clear. Others many be brighter, but this is still excellent - lacking nothing.

You can always download Launcher Pro Plus and basically rid yourself of Blur. It's even better than Sense, IMO. Sense is great, better than everything but LPP. And I'm getting "Beautiful Widgets" also, since I cannot figure out how to use the Sense clock with Launcher Pro.

Gotcha, ok thanks. That was the impression I got. Everyone seems to love HTC phones so I figured I'd do a 1 yr with the TB then re-up if some bad ass quad core phone comes out next Fall. Which reminds me...why the F*** is BB not doing 1 yr contracts?! Maybe I shoulda checked that before lockin down my TB pre-order on 2/7. And yeah, not one phone call from my BB yet either. :(

Ok.... Why tease folks by putting a large display out for a non existent phone. Just keep it rolled up in your drawer until you have them or are close to having them.

Worse yet ... this was up a few days ago at the BB nearest to me and they had an Inc sitting underneath it. It was confusing at first.

Well NCX says it is not. I say it does not look like it is. You say it is. Without detailed pictures of the bare shell (which I've never seen) I don't think we have a firm conclusion. Just more guesses, just like the release date.
