Is there a way (with an app)to take multiple pictures at once (like 3 shots quickly)?

there's an app called Lapse It. You can choose between 5, 10, 30 and 60 frames per second. The Lite version only lets you shoot 240x160. It also works for time lapse video.

I've tried one called Fast Burst Camera and ActionSnap. It seems ActionSnap will do what you want. It takes 4 pictures in rapid succession. Resolution is not full, but it should do what you wanted.
