How can I transfer my videos from my ATRIX to my PC?

mount ur sd card to ur pc and then copy paste....simple!!

Anything from the stock camera will be in the DCIM folder on the sd card.

Ok, I found the videos and transfer then onto my desktop...THEY ARE HUGE FILES!!

Not only that, the videos are SIDEWAYS

Now I have to figure out how to rotate them.

what do you mean sideways? You should always take videos with your camcorder with the screen sideways, 16x9 widescreen just like your tv. Your tv isnt 46 inches tall and 20 inches wide, its 46 inches wide and 20 inches tall, thats how you should take videos.
