Does this app exist?

Hey guys, hoping someone knows of this app and I just have not heard of it yet. I am looking to see if there is a app that basically has a live document file sharing between two android phones. Best example I could think of would be a word document or memo that has the grocery list on it, either phone could open the document, edit it, and when the other person opens it, they have the newest version.
I know they can email or send it to each other but is there something that automatically shares and updates?
