What do I do if I had an infected app? I've already uninstalled, but what else can I do to ensure that my data is secure?

Oh wow, I didn't know it was so severe. Alright, time to install some antivirus apps eh folks

Good thing I already use Droidwall, so none of the "fake" apps have access to the internet anyways.
