Adobe Flash Player plugin

Has Adobe stopped supporting Flash Player plugin for Android as I cannot find it on Android Market anymore?

What phone? Are you running froyo (2.2)? Are you rooted?

Yes, I am running 2.2 and it's not a phone, it's a tablet. Do I need to be rooted to install the plugin?

2.2 should have flash player built in. If not, it should be available in the Market. Maybe wait a day or so and see if it re-appears.

I'm using rooted 2.2 and i can't find it too in Android Market. Is it unavailable for Android then?

It would help to tell us what phone you have. But if you are rooted running a custom rom, you wont find that in the market, as it sees your phone model and knows your phone shouldnt have 2.2 yet. You will have to contact the rom's developer to see how to do it.

I have a fascinate 2.1 & my job requires me 2 have adobe flash player.. I always carried my laptop w me so I bought this phone 2 my dismay it isnt supported on this phone.. Can any 1help me so I dont have 2 carry bulky laptop. My other issue is I dont know any of the lingo u guys use on here.. Please PM me with any help.

First, dont post your number in a public forum on the internet.

Second, do you have android 2.2? If you do, you already have flash. If you are still on 2.1, you wont have flash.

Third, if your job requires you to have a flash player, why dont they give you something that supports it?

They just give us a laptop & say 2 us b ready 24-7.. Thats my problem & Im desperate 2 find a fix so I only get 1 workout a day & thats @ the gym stupid laptop always w me & my phone is the 2.1 & I check imoapath daily 4 updates never ne.. Thx 4 ur advice & if ne 1 haz a fix hit me w it so I can try
