Just got new Evo and can not activate it for 1 - 2 hours is what I was told calling in....

Yeah, I tried logging in and it's a no go. Their website is a joke. Always something wrong with it. I hate it.

This is the first time I have run into a problem with it.

At least I have WiFi to get everything set up in the meantime....

It took quite a few hours before mine came to life. It was super worth it though. It was "magical."
