I have an Andoid Milestone bought and made in China,say if I want to download a free apk from androidzoom.com(or other sites alike), the site will give me 3 choices: one is use a QR code scanner, I tried use Google Goggle to scan and it directed me to a link which I can't open(says no permission), the 2nd asks me to send my phone e-mail address I don't know what exactly is this so I just sent an email address of mine then check back that link which then directs me to a blank page like this:Les Echos (Android) - Download, I've captured the picture as below:
the 3rd one asks me to manually install from the Android Market and I tried numerously with many different kinds of Android Market and failed,it always gives me a parse error message, but installing with the Chinese Android Market software was OK,since these are free software I think I can just download them freely but I can't find any apk files available online to download, even through the p2p software, any ideas, solutions? please help, thanks!

have the same problem. mine is uk version. unable to download any app to it.

Android Zoom doesn't actually have the APK files. They only provide links to the Market. If you cannot access the app in the Market, it won't work.
Suggestion: Try an alternative market, or, root your phone and install Market Enabler so that you can access US/European markets from countries like China.

But someone who has that app could make a backup, which creates an .apk, and could then send that .apk to the OP.

If you are willing to volunteer to do that for people who don't have access to the market, be my guest.
I just wanted to clarify for the OP why the links are not working.
If the OP states which app he's looking for I can consider it. Now I can't.
