Apps Running Android on Env Touch?

I was wondering if it is possible to install the Google Android OS on top of my Env Touch which runs Verizon's stock OS which is BREW I believe. So can I install Android over Verizon's OS?

Someone would need to write drivers for the hardware of the phone in order for the OS to work. In addition the current hardware in the phone may not be fast enough to run Android.

Thanks for your help. I'll probably end up with the Bravo or Nexus 1 anyway I was just wondering whether this could be done while I am waiting for their release.
