"News and Weather" help.

I have this app, here is a screen shot of it.

Ive been trying to find any information about this app at all, to explain what things mean and do in the weather info part. I cant find anything about this app.

It's part of stock Android. Did you check the Android user guide?

The blue "The Weather Channel" icon in the upper right corner would suggest that it is The Weather Channel App, which can be found in the market.

Except that the Weather Channel app looks like the below.

I use the stock News and Weather app every day. I know what it looks like. The OP is correct with the name he used.
