Is there a way to relabel an icon

I now have two icons with the same label for different applications. I'd like to change one of the labels to better distinguish what the 2 apps do. Any suggestions?

Or try long pressing it, some Launchers give you a "replace" option, where you can replace it with any of the launcher ones or anything in your gallery (create your own). Go Launcher does this for sure.

edit, sorry I misread... thought you were changing icons, not text.

ADW EX allows the text to be edited as well although LauncherPro does not.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I only have the default 2.2 Android launcher at this time, it doesn't support anything but move and delete with long press.
