Hi all Im not sure weather this is in the right section or not but hopfully it is.Right my question is that 'is there any way to buy apps without a credit card?and if not will there be any chance of being able to buy apps/games with credit?
thanks

I have read some people use a prepaid card like visa or mastercard gift cards, link that to your google account and you just use that.

There is probably the option to charge your actual carrier account. I know that I have the option to add the cost of the app to my Sprint bill if I so choose.

carrier account?does that mean it would get charged to my credit instead of a credit card?(im on PAYG)

Here is some carrier charge info

AFAIK, Sprint is the only carrier participating so far. There's also been a lot of chatter about accepting paypal, but also AFAIK it hasn't been officially announced.

Definitely read the link that pastafarian has given you. But, basically, it adds the price of the application to your monthly cellular bill.

Since you're only 14 you should probably get your parent's permission before doing that (assuming that your carrier even has the ability to do it) or they might be a little upset when the bill arrives :-)

Im on vodafone and there is no option to buy with my phone account.:(

AGAIN, you can ONLY buy apps from the market with a credit card, unless you are on sprint which can bill to the account. Since you are only 14, you can do two things, use your parent's credit card, or go buy a prepaid credit card. It's really not that hard.

Well sprint isn't the only carrier. I have att and have noticed I get the bill to account option for apps now.

No, you need a credit card. If you don't have one, you can always purchase prepaid credit cards from many retailers.

Again, you can get prepaid credit cards. Give your parents 20 bucks, and have them purchase one for you.

So as mentioned above your best option is a prepaid visa or mastercard. Many stores sell them.
