I guess so, it's purpose is to edit audio files into ringtones. You can use it on audio you record yourself as well.

I got rid of Zedge because I couldn't look for notification sounds specifically (less than 5 secs vs 30 sec for calls).

I recently had to reset and lost everything....didn't take out card. Aru ringtones I liked but can't find in app store. What's a good app I can assign tones to individual callers...

theres one on the android market thats pretty cool .... it lets you get a ringtone whenever theres a call waiting .... its called call-waiting ringtones ...i cant post a link but its like a golden bell with a black background in a bowling ball sphere. i posted this in another forum also ...
