I want a video app that can pause then resume and zoom in the middle of a video. Anyone know of one?
 
Please don't bump a thread that's not even 5 hours old. Give people time, and they will try to answer your question. Being impatient only makes people not want to help you.
 
Almost any video player is able to pause and resume playback.
The zoom feature is something I saw only with a few apps, like TouchPlayer and Act1 Video Player.

I want a app that can zoom and pause while filming a video.
 
So you want a camcorder app then? I dont think there are many out there, your phone should have came with one. And FYI, even if an app will zoom, it only does it digitally, since no phone has optical zoom. So you might be better off just editing the video later and zoom in that way.

And I haven't seen a camcorder that will pause the video. Every one I have seen stops and makes a new clip every time you hit the record button.
 
The default video camera application in all phones has these features - Pause while taking video & resume it again later and zoom while taking Video.
Most of the phones takes video in low resolution. So the digital zoom will not affect clarity.

No it doesn't. My phone cant zoom with video, and I have NEVER seen a phone that will pause the video. All phones I have seen will stop the recording when you hit the button, and make a new clip when you resume.

Most of the phones takes video in low resolution. So the digital zoom will not affect clarity.

That statement is completely false. Most phones today shoot in 720p or 1080p, which is pretty much the best you can get without film. And even if you were to shoot in low resolution, digital zoom would VERY MUCH affect clarity, since there isn't very much video information to begin with, and zooming will only make it look way worse.

Winmo would do this, I still keep thinking android will and end up hitting the button again thinking it will pause but it just stops it.
 
STOP STOP STOP bumping your post. If nobody answered you , then nobody has an answer. We already told you, there are no apps that can do what you want.
