Root [ROM] OpenZio 2.1.2

ok i have downloaded the openzio rom 2.1.2 did everything i am told to do but when i get to the command prompt and type in cd CWM it says, "the system can not find the path specified." what do i do and am i doing it correctly? USBsheild is installed, USB debugging is on and the CWM file is in my user name section in my C:/ drive. Somebody please help me...

you type cd/ enter
cd CWM enter
fastboot boot clockwork-recovery.imgand enter it takes you to clockwork mod recovery hope i helped :D
