I don't have one. When I tried to download it, whatever I got was in violation of the parameters.

I think winamp is free but it wants internet access for shoutcast....

I couldn't find one that didn't want internet access. The only other thought I had was that you could try tracking down the stock apps that Cyanogen was prohibited from including in his ROMs (though I'm fairly sure he still links to a zip file containing them). There's always a shot that there's a stock music player included in the bunch.
