I too want to know if other retail will be getting it same day, I upgraded from Best Buy and wondering if they too will get it on the 16th. I called them and they have no info on when they will be getting it, a bummer!

Okay, so I don't really know what a pre-order reservation is, but this is what it says on Walmart's site:

That is pretty odd. If you didn't have to pay for it to pre order it then i suggest just getting it online.

I know it is natural to blame the store, but apparently Sprint is the one that is not shipping all (or any) of the phones ordered by the stores. I understand that LetsTalk has similar issues with not receiving the phones which were ordered. I'm not sure why some retailers received the phones while others were completely left out of the order process.

i couldnt find phone at corp sprint store, they said they havent recieved ANY. but lucked out at my local sams club and got phone for 178+ tax(and sams found a loophole so u dont pay tax on full retail)
