I use this option (Slingbox Solo). Works pretty well for me.

By using the HTC EVO3D you need to buy and download Slingbox APP or any APP that allows TV on phone. after you but it download then you can use your TV live on phone.

No, you can't just download the app. you need the actual SlingBox hardware too.

I also have a Slingbox. Highly recommend it. Watch it on my phone or on my pc at work. Saves alot of money. No monthly subscription fees. Just buy equipment and buy the Slingplayer software for your phone. You get to watch your home cable from anywhere.
